At Frankies Auto Electrics & Car Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier; we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
